摘要

胰臟癌可能與長期抽菸喝酒，食用具有黃麴毒素及油膩食物有關。以脘腹痛，納呆，消瘦，黃疸等為主要表現，發生於胰臟的癌病類疾病。
胰臟癌多見於老年或壯年，男性明顯高於女性。其整個病程短，病情進展迅速，因胰腺位於腹膜後，早期胰腺癌很難發現，臨床表現隨癌瘤侵及的部位、大小及對鄰近組織、器官的浸潤或壓迫而表現各異，大多數患者診斷時已屬晚期，治療效果不佳，中醫藥對於胰臟癌之早期發作及病變之治療有不錯的效果，妥善的中西醫併治是一種良好的對策。

The pancreas cancer is a canceration occurred in pancreas, with abdominal pain, anorexia, emaciated, and jaundice as main clinical features, possibly related to longtime smoking and drinking, and intake of aflatoxin or greasy food.
The pancreas cancer is frequently occurring in senior or mature people, the incidence rate particularly higher in male than in female. It has short entire course and rapid condition progress. It is hard to find in the early stage because the pancreas gland is just behind the peritoneum. Most of the patients have been made definite diagnosis cancer in late stage with poor treatment effects. The clinical features vary as the tumor's location, size, infiltration or oppression to adjacent tissues or organs. There is a good curative effect to use TCM to treat the pancreas cancer in early stage of pathological changes. It is a good policy to properly adopt the Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment.
