Distal radius fracture was causedby hand supporting on the ground after falling down. Poor range of motion and limited function were often occured afternot proper reduction and fixation. This 74 years-old female patient suffered from distal radius fracture and cast fixation wasperformed. Chinese traumatology doctor gave re-fixation, manipulation and herbstreatments and then patient's function improved.
