Treating Experience on Rosacea Dermatitis

摘要

酒糟性皮膚炎，病因不詳，多發於臉部鼻子、鼻翼兩側、臉頰、眉毛、下頦等部位。年齡層以中壯年居多。性別上，女性多於男性，但男性症狀常較嚴重。以中醫辨証的觀點來看，此病屬「肺胃有熱」之症，臨床上尚會兼見血熱症，與血瘀症。治療上，除服用藥物之外，還需注重養生保健，忌飲酒、辛辣、厚味、熬夜。並適當排遣壓力，調節情緒，以避免反覆復發。

The cause of rosacea dermatitis is unknown and the symptoms usually are noted over the nose, cheeks, eyebrows and chin. It was noted in middle-age adults and female patients are more than male but more severe symptoms were noted in male. It belongs to heat in lung and stomach, and blood heat and blood stasis could be noted at the same time. Except herbal treatment, life nurturing, relieving pressure, adjusting mood and avoiding those like drinking, pungent and hot food and staying up late should be performed to avoid recurrent attacks.
