The Theory about the Secret of Xuewei and Jingluo

摘要

探討穴位與經絡的本質、結構特徵和活動機制以及針灸治病基本機制等內容，以及形成了一個全新的現代經絡學基礎理論體系，即李氏學說體系。這一理論體系的基本觀點是：穴位是因有差異的神經性和神經副屬性結構的分佈而具有了較高敏感性或興奮性的軀體位點；真正的經絡是由針灸刺激引起的、沿經絡傳遞的、可感知的神經反射性效應活動，是一功能體（系）；氣感是針刺反應活動之感；感傳是傳遞的神經反射性效應活動之感；針灸療效是可通過感傳實現的針療效果。

The theory in this article is based on the analysis, deduction and summary to the experiment data on Xuewei's and Jingluo's nature, sape-structure and action, and also is creative. Its key contents are: Xuewei is the point with high exciablity for having neuro branch, more sensors, et al in it; Jingluo is the moving or shifting reaction with nerve reflex and caused by acupuncture; Xuewei and Jingluo all are the functional body without particular and independent structure; Qigan is the sense to the reaction caused by acupuncture; Ganchuan is the sense to the movable reaction which through Jingluo and is caused by acupuncture; The curative effect of acupuncture is the effect that can be brought into being by the mechanism of Ganchuan. These contents maks up a set of new and modernized theory about Jingluo.
