摘要

目的：本研究旨在建立戒菸班的評鑑指標，以供專業人員日後推動戒菸班作為參考，進而提昇台灣戒菸班的整體品質。方法：本研究採德懷術(Delphi Method)問卷調查，以台灣各地曾開設戒菸班的公共衛生專業人員為德懷術專家群，共計31位，進行三次的德懷術問卷調查，以求訂定符合實務之必選與自選戒菸班評鑑指標。結果：戒菸班評鑑指標分為開班前準備工作的評估、招生方式的評估、戒菸班開班支持單位評估、講師群特質、教材與教具評估、課程安排評估、主持人特質評估、戒菸班環境評估、戒菸班成效評估等9大層面，105項指標，本研究德懷術專家於過程中表現出穩定且一致的共識，依據指標得分，分為建議必選指標72項，自選指標33項。結論：本研究所發展之105項指標可提供各場域戒菸班的實務工作者在執行開班的規劃、執行與評價事宜等層面作為參考，以提昇台灣戒菸班的一致性與維持相當的品質。

Objective: This study was designed to establish evaluation indicators of smoking cessation class for future efforts on smoking cessation served as an important reference. Method: Questionnaire survey and purposeful sampling was employed in the study. Participants were 31 health professionals with expertise on smoking cessation, who have experiences in managing smoking cessation class in Taiwan. Delphi technique method was applied in the survey process. Result: Evaluation indicators are divided into nine categories: pre-opening assessment of the work, enrollment patterns assessment, assessment of the support from other units, the characteristics of the group of instructors, teaching materials and teaching aids evaluation, curriculum evaluation, assessment of host traits, assessment of environment of smoking cessation class, the effectiveness, the total of 105 indicators. According to the scores of the indicators, they are divided into 72 required indicators and 33 optional indicators. Conclusion: The results of this study can provide smoking cessation class of practitioners in practicing setting as a critical reference. We recommend that practitioners in the future can take the findings to confirm the effectiveness of intervention planning, implementation and evaluation, in order to enhance the consistency of the Taiwan smoking cessation classes, and maintenance of a satisfactory quality.
