This study is an action research which aims to assist a rejected child, Allen, to successfully adapt to school life and improve his peer relations. The researcher observed Allen's peer interactions in class to understand the factors that caused him to be rejected and then applied teaching and guiding strategies to improve his social behaviors. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. Allen's verbal expression, self-control and problem-solving ability were improved and he was better able to interact with his peers after the intervention.
