本文針對熟練或經常使用者對行動電話的選單作業,進行使用度(usability)上有關效率上的比較,主要目的爲比較實際實驗受測者量測值與利用作業分析(task analysis)中NGOMSL模式所得之分析澦淚噸之間的差異,並將NGOMSL分析電腦化,以增加分析效率。實驗結果證實了對熟練使用者而言,選單架構上的差異確實影響其使用效率,並且驗證了NGOMSL分析模式對於複雜功能消費性電子產品的操作效率有高度之預測性,且可透過其對活性記憶(working memory)負荷之分析,進一步評估產品使用過程之心智工作負荷(mental workload)。
NGOMSL was used in this study to analyze menu tasks on cell phones for experienced users, and the results were compared to the data collected through an experiment with subjects. A computerized analysis software was also developed to reduce the tedious efforts in building NCIOMSL models. The experimental data suggested menu structure indeed affected task performances, and the comparison also showed that NCIOMSL analysis and experimental data were highly correlated. The NGOMSL analysis further evaluated mental workload of different menu design based on working memory load analysis.
