國內研究所人因工程課程發展現況分析

摘要


本研究以網路問卷方式,調查國內研究所有關人因工程課程的實施現況,並提出課程改進建議。問卷共調查國內19位開設研究所人因工程課程的教師,受訪者均具博士學位,其中15人教學年資低於10年,調查結果發現:(1)與先前研究比較,產品設計、人機系統、安全與衛生在過去10年間之產業需求重要性維持不變;(2)由於有52.6%的研究生具在職身分,因此在實務講授內容比例上較大學部課程爲多(16.2%:4.1%):(3)84.2%的受訪者認同研究所人因工程課程目標在淤「推廣並建立人性化的知識與技能」;(4)受訪教師在專長領域與其認知之產業需求及授課內容上存在落差,顯示有教師教非所學的現象;(5)新的人因議題如服務業是未來的發展趨勢之一。本研究期望對於國內研究所人因工程課程,不論在師資培育、課程實施、新議題發展、實務教材開發、產學交流瞭解等方面,能提供實質有用的參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the current ergonomics courses implemented in the graduate programs in Taiwan. Nineteen respondents were surveyed by internet questionnaire and 15 of them were with teaching experience less than 10 years. The results showed that product design, human-machine system, and industry safety and health are the most important topics, similar to the equivalent findings in the previous studies. Since more than half (52.6%) graduate students are part-time students (with full-time jobs), it may be the reason why the ergonomics courses tend to be more practice-oriented in graduate programs than those in under-graduate programs (16.2%: 4.1%). Most respondents agreed with that ”to promote and enrich the knowledge and skills in humanization” was the main objective in ergonomics courses. Some discrepancies existed among respondents' professional specialty, the impression on the needs in industry, and the course contents. It was also found that applying ergonomics in service industry seems to be a developing trend. Consequently, the results of this study provide several valuable suggestions for improving the ergonomics curriculums of the graduate programs in Taiwan.
