探討台灣南部鋼鐵業協力廠商推動安全管理系統對安全氣候與安全績效之研究

A Study of Relationships among Safety Management System, Safety Climate, and Safety Performance in Steel Industry Contractors of South Taiwan

摘要


企業或組織要如何將職災率降低是一個很重要的議題,本研究以鋼鐵業爲例,旨在探討企業或組織導入安全管理系統之後,安全氣候與安全績效間之關係。 本研究使用問卷調查的方法收集資料,由資料分析結果發現,安全訓練次數之多寡對於各研究構面具顯著影響;安全管理系統與安全氣候具顯著的正相關,且以「健康管理」對於安全氣候具最強顯著的正相關;安全管理系統與安全績效具顯著的正相關,且以「安全稽核」對於安全績效具最強顯著的正相關;安全氣候與安全績效具顯著的正相關,而且「管理承諾」對於安全績效具最強顯著的正相關;此外,經使用迴歸分析發現,安全氣候構面之「管理承諾」對於安全績效爲最具顯著的預測因子。

How to reduce occupational injuries is an important issue. The main purpose of this study in steel industry is to explore the relationship between safety climate and safety performance after the safety management system has been installed in industrial organization. Questionnaire survey was used to collect data. Results showed that training times was most influential to safety climate and safety performance. There were positive significant correlations among safety management system, safety climate and safety performance. Besides, there were strong positive relationship between health management and safety climate, safety auditing and safety performance, management commitment and safety performance. Moreover, it was found that management commitment of the safety climate was the best predictor of safety performance.
