直接法與影像量測法之比較研究:以外耳尺寸量測為例

摘要


人體計測的資料爲產品設計之重要核心之一,本研究之目的爲比較使用直接法與攝影法量測耳翼長與寬之差異,招募男女受測者各10位參與實驗,分別使用數位游標卡尺直接量測受測者之右耳翼長與寬,再使用數位相機拍攝右耳影像,其影像後經Photoshop 7.0影像處理軟體進行影像的處理,包括去除飽和度、均勻分配與曲線功能,之後再運用CorelDraw軟體之量測功能獲取影像之耳翼長與寬。最後將所收集的資料經編碼與整理後,運用統計分析軟體進行配對t檢定(paired t test),探討直接量測與運用攝影法之間接量測之差異。分析結果顯示,運用直接量測與攝影法所得之耳翼長與寬間無顯著差異,而誤差來源需進一步探討。

Anthropometry is considered the very ergonomic core of any attempt to design. The purpose of this study was to comparison between direct clinical and digital photogrammetric measurements in the external ear. Both ten male and female subjects were selected for this study. Further, two different dimensions of the outer ear (i.e. length of the pinna, and the width of the pinna) were measured by direct clinical and superimposed grid technique of photographic method. Image editing software (Photoshop 7.0) was used to optimize brightness, contrast, and size to produce a clear image. Further, the CorelDRAW program has dimension tool to create a vertical dimension line that measures the vertical distance between any two landmarks. Results of paired t test show that these were not significant differences between direct clinical and photographic method. Further study and efforts should be examined potential sources of variance within a given measurement.
