應用團隊工作負荷主觀評量法進行自動化系統績效分析

摘要


本研究提出一項用以評估自動化下團隊工作負荷的主觀量測工具,並探討團隊成員扮演的角色、團隊活動及人員訊息處理階段對工作負荷的影響。團隊在工作環境中,扮演相當重要的角色,然而,針對團隊工作負荷所做的研究並不多。因此,本研究希望透過提出一個主觀工作負荷量測指標,透過該量表量測人員操作自動化系統時,具代表性的工作負荷指標,諸如溝通、協調、合作、指揮、控制等。此外,本量表也考慮到人員資訊處理模式的功能對工作負荷所造成的影響。本研究所探討的應用案例,主要是以數位主控制室的模擬平台,進行實驗設計與分析。利用量表所得到的實驗結果,與利用模擬器進行的異常緊急處理程序之訓練結果,極為一致。透過本研究的團隊工作負荷主觀績效量表,可以透過分析結果,清楚地指出,值班主任在「溝通」與「指揮」兩項工作負荷上,遠高於反應爐運轉員,此一結果與實際上值班主任的經驗一致。因此,本研究提供的團隊工作負荷主觀績效量表,可做為分析團隊工作負荷的依據,其主要功用包括:比較團隊成員工作負荷高低;反應不同維度的團隊工作負荷;說明自動化對人員資訊處理模式所造成之影響。

The purpose of this study is to propose a subjective measurement to analyze the teamwork performance in the automated system. Then, a case example, the simulated platform for the digitalized main control room, was implemented in this study to describe the feasibility of the subjective measurement. While executing teamwork, the subjective measurements will be influenced by many factors, such as communication, coordination, cooperation, command, and control. These factors will do efforts on the level of workload. However, it's quite difficult to measure the teamwork performance. Further, there is few studies put emphasis on analyzing the team workload. Thus, this study put emphasis on the teamwork. A subjective team workload measurement is proposed. Finally, a case example of the simulated platform for the digitalized main control room was implemented in this study to describe the implementing procedures of the measurement. It is found that the workload of ”communication” and ”command” of shift supervisor is higher than reactor operator by the experimental results. The result is the same as the results of walkthrough with shift supervisor and reactor operator. Thus, this subjective measurement can be used to analyze the team workload. Furthermore, this subjective measurement can be used in comparing the team members' workload, responding different dimensions of team workload, and influences on the human information processing.
