台南縣新化國中田徑運動發展之研究(1978~2007)

摘要

本研究主要目的在探究台南縣新化國民中學長期對田徑運動投注心力的背景、發展樣貌及成果，以呈現出新化國中在推動田徑運動發展之輝煌記錄與現況。本研究主要採文獻分析法，以資料蒐集輔以人物之專訪為主要研究方法，將搜集之文獻史料加以整理、分析、綜合，以了解新化國中推展體育之貢獻。茲將本研究之發現分述如下：
一、新化國中田徑隊從成軍以來，在高福隆老師的領導之下，便屢創佳績，為台南縣、內田徑運動的重點發展學校。
二、近幾年，新化國中在胡文瑜和王志成等幾位教練的努力中，不論是全國田徑錦標賽或全國中等學校等大賽中，都能獲多項冠軍和破紀錄的佳績。
三、新化國中本著要在全國性比賽中保持前三名及努力達成全國冠軍，並進而達到世界青少年運動參賽標準的目標，積極訓練，同時也能兼顧學生的輔導、課業、升學，生活等多元的照顧，相信新化國中能提供給學生和家長更多的信心和放心，使這條田徑的道路更長更久更輝煌。

The purpose of this study was to explore the background, development and result that Hsin Him junior high school devoted to track and field sports for a long time. It also presented the glory record and current conditions on the development of pushing track and field sports in Hsin Hua junior high school. This study attempted to the development of track and field sports with the method of document analysis which is major in collecting information and minor in interviewing someone. In order to understand the sports contribution in Hsin Him senior high school. I collect、tidy up、analys, and synthesize information. The main findings of the study were as follows:
1. From becoming a track-field team in Hsin Hua junior high school, it is led by Mr. Gao Fu Long and made good record. Hsin Hun junior high school become the important development school in Tainan County.
2. Recent years, Hsin Him junior high school gets many championships and breaks many records because of many teachers' efforts.
3. Hsin Hua junior high school's final goal is to participate in world teenagers athletic meet, so they keep their original records and make efforts to reach champion in Taiwan. At the sam time, teachers in Hsin Him junior high school have to pay a lot of attention for students on counseling, studying, examing, life, etc. The school provides more confidence for students and parents. And it will be more glory on track and field sports.
