摘要

在臺北及高雄分別爭取到第21屆聽障奧運及第8屆世界運動會主辦權後，舉辦國際運動賽會的熱潮在臺灣迅速竄起，相信兩大賽事將為臺灣的國際體育運動史寫下光輝的一頁。但臺灣在舉辦國際綜合運動賽會上的經驗不足，能否利用這兩大賽會來增加在國際主的能見度及知名度，決定的關鍵因素將會是新聞媒體的操作方式。因此，為賽會相關新聞而來的媒體記者因此變得相當重要，而主辦單位替他們準備的工作場所－新聞中心，則會是幫助媒體工作者在報導賽會相關新聞時的最大助手。國際綜合運動賽會的新聞中心可以依照舉辦地文化、風俗民情及預算成本的不同，稍做修改來符合不同的需求，以提供更貼心的運動媒體服務。本研究旨在介紹國際綜合運動賽會新聞中心之運用及規劃，並希冀能夠提供國內欲舉辦國際綜合運動賽會之主辦單位，於規劃籌辦新聞中心時的參考依據，也作為日後國內申辦國際綜合運動賽會的籌劃標準。本研究結果彙整出國際大型運動賽會新聞中心之內容規劃中，在主要工作區的軟、硬體設施方面，其規劃上至少應包含22項設施。在非主要工作區之外的空間應至少包含5項設施。而在所要提供的服務項目方面，應至少包含有12項服務內容。並建議後續可針對用後評估的部分作深入的探討，以規劃出更完善的賽會新聞中心。

The purpose of the study was to introduce and plan the main press center (MPC) in the international games and hope to provide the organizer who hold the international games a documentary reference. When Taipei and Kaohsiung bade the 2l(superscript st) Summer Deaflympics Taipei 2009 and the World Games 2009 Kaohsiung, they led to issues of holding the international games which talked to everybody. Taiwan couldn't enough experience to hold the international games, so the media manipulation would be the key factor which increase the fame of Taiwan; therefore, reporters who come to Taiwan for the news of games become very important. The main press center which organizer prepared for reporters could help users report about news of games. According to different of culture, tradition and budget, the main press center of international games would change slightly to satisfy different demand. The main findings of the study were as followings:
1. In the main workplace, there were 22 facilities of hardware and software.
2. In the non-main workplace, there were 5 facilities of hardware and software.
3. There were 12 service of main press center.
The suggestion of study was to treat the theory of Post-Occupancy Evaluation in depth that the integrity of main press center more better.
