Guided Tissue Regeneration in the Treatment of Combined Large Apicalmarginal Lesions-A Case Report
引導組織再生於合併大型根尖與牙周邊緣骨缺損的治療－案例報告
摘要
單一牙齒的維持對整個齒列的善後相當重要的。此病例報告四名案例係結合根尖大的缺損及邊緣的骨病變，使用GTR技術及人工充填物和再生膜技術可應證到好的結果，GTR技術係運用，骨缺損處清創及牙根整平後，骨缺損處充填以人工骨粉，並置放可吸收的再生膜。經追蹤20個月後，臨床及X光的結果証實這些治療的效果，所有的治療都成功。此治療的於外觀或功能的影響於文中討論，並且分析治療的效果、本病例報告所採用的方式的長期治療效果仍待日後進一步的研究。

The maintenance of single teeth may often be of crucial important for the prognosis of total dentition. This study reports on the treatment of cases with combined large periapical and marginal lesions The results of the use of guided tissue regeneration with resorbable membranes and grafting material is demonstrated. After defect debridement and root planning, the defects were filled with alloplasts, and resorbable membranes were placed. The clinical and radiographic results demonstrated the efficacy of these treatments, and all treatments were considered successful. The influence of the individual components used in treatment is discussed. The advantage and disadvantage of the treatment modality is analyzed. Long-term evaluation of the treatment outcome deserves further study.
