氧化鋯陶瓷於使用樹脂黏著劑前之表面處理

Surface Treatments of Zirconia Ceramic before Bonding to Resin Cement

摘要


現代人對於美觀的要求越來越高,因此全陶瓷贋復物(all-ceramic restorations)也逐漸受到重視。在眾多的冠心材料(core material)中,氧化鋯是一種抗撓曲強度(flexural strength)和破壞韌性(fracture toughness)都非常優異的陶瓷,使得全陶瓷系統能使用的範圍更加廣泛。然而在使用樹脂黏著劑進行黏著時,氧化鋯陶瓷贋復物對於傳統矽酸鹽類陶瓷的表面處理方式效果不佳,因此需要特殊的表面處理。本文藉由文獻回顧來了解氧化鋯本身的特性,以及使用樹脂黏著劑前所需的表面處理方式和效果。

All-ceramic restorations get more respects due to the much higher esthetic demands nowadays Zirconia ceramic has excellent flexural strength and fracture toughness among all kinds of core materials. Consequently its application in core material broadened the range of all-ceramic restorations in dentistry. However, the traditional surface treatment applied in silicate-based ceramics before using resin cement is not applicable in zirconia. Special surface treatments for zirconia are needed to achieve stronger and more durable bonding. This review article attempts to figure out the properties of zirconia and its special surface treatments before using resin cement.
