摘要

造成牙齒變色的因素可分成內因性變色及外因性變色兩種原因，在治療前必須先鑑別診斷變色的原因，才能擬定合適的治療計畫。本篇報告是一位主訴要求牙齒美白的26歲女性，經檢查發現其齒列中包含不同原因變色情形，治療計畫採用齒內美白合併居家美白兩種方式來進行治療，術後追蹤結果良好，本文並針對牙齒變色之診斷、治療與預後作系統性的文獻回顧。

According to the location and etiology, tooth discoloration can be classified as intrinsic, extrinsic, and a combination of both. This case reported a 26-year-old woman who asked for tooth whitening. After examination, we found that there were two kinds of discoloration of her teeth. The treatment plan was via the combination of non-vital tooth bleaching and home bleaching for improving tooth discoloration. Follow-up revealed good result. In addition, this article systemically reviews the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of tooth discoloration.
