The Management of Traumatic Teeth with Dental Implants Rehabilitation - A Case Report
利用植體贋復方式完成外傷後牙齒之處理病例報告
摘要
This case shows management of the avulsion in upper incisors and root fracture in upper left lateral incisor as a result of car accident. By the means of interdisciplinary treatment, the step-by-step procedures including evaluation of traumatic teeth prognosis, treatment plan, emergency care, meticulous implant therapy, temporary FPDs fabrication, soft tissue molding and definitive prostheses delivery are carefully handled. Although the fistula formation happened during soft tissue molding the acceptable result is achieved finally. The further follow up and oral health maintenance are indicated.
