Stroke (also called cerebrovascular accident, CVA) is a neurologic event caused by sudden interruption of oxygenated blood to the brain divided into two types: ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. No matter ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke lead to abnormal brain function which may further affect dental management. This report presents a 68 years old male with the history of hypertension and ischemic stroke who came to our OPD due to pain of tooth 22 and then finished full mouth rehabilitation and oral health care. Considerations of dental management and oral health care of stroke patients are discussed in this article.
