摘要

Maxillary anterior teeth play a significant role in one's aesthetic appearance for social activity. Crown fabrication of upper anterior teeth is particularly challenging for dentists during clinical practice. This case report describes a multidisciplinary approach used to improve the smile esthetics of a patient presenting with asymmetric gingival margins, gummy smile and crown fracture. The treatment combined esthetic crown lengthening procedure and restorative procedure using CAD/CAM full ceramic crowns. The 6-months follow-up examination confirmed the stability of the modification and absence of adverse effects. Finally, the full ceramic crowns were fabricated and delivered.

上顎前牙區的美觀在個人的社交生活中扮演重要的角色，連帶地使得牙醫師進行上顎前牙區固定義齒 復治療的臨床實務上充滿挑戰性。本篇病例報告描述患者其不對稱的牙齦外型、牙冠斷裂以及露齦笑等臨床問題，可以利用多專科聯合處理方式，來改善患者的微笑與美觀。本病例治療結合牙冠增長術及利用CAD／CAM製作的全瓷牙冠復治療，來達成病人前牙區功能性與美觀性的重建。而術後六個月追蹤檢查，驗證病人牙冠增長術治療效果穩定且無副作用產生，最後完成病人前牙全瓷牙冠製作。
