意外移位之下顎阻生智齒：病例報告
Accidental Displacement of the Mandibular Third Molar-A Case Report
摘要
拔除阻生智齒常見的併發症有腫痛、出血、暫時或永久性神經傷害等。牙齒的移位（displacement of tooth）是可能造成嚴重組織傷害的併發症，甚至引發醫療糾紛。此案例為在拔除右下第三大臼齒阻生齒時意外造成移位，接著使用電腦斷層定位移位之牙根後從口內移除移位之牙根，在本文以相關文獻提及下顎第三大臼齒移位之原因與治療處理的原則。

Extraction of the impacted mandibular third molar is one of the most common procedures in dental practice. There are various complications that may occur during or after tooth extraction, such as paraesthesia of inferior alevolar nerve or lingual nerve, mandibular/alveoalr bone fracture, and displacement of tooth to fascial space. Displacement of tooth into fascial space is a rare complication but could cause serious tissue damage to the patient. This article presents a case of CBCT-assisted removal of intra-operative displaced tooth, and discusses the possible causes and management principles of this condition.
