Prosthetic Considerations in Three Treatment Stages of Dental Trauma: Cases Report

The most common trauma seen in dental clinic are divided into facial trauma and dental trauma. The treatment goal for dental caries or periodontal disease and dental trauma are all prosthetic rehabilitation similarly. However, the treatment plan for emergency management and long-term follow up of dental trauma are distinct from other diseases. This article gives a summarization of considerations in different treatment stages for dental trauma, and a case report about multidisciplinary treatment for complicated dental trauma with root resorption.
