摘要

台灣人口快速老化，身心障礙人數持續上升，他們雖然不方便前往醫療院所看牙，但仍應擁有全民健保的照護，所以牙醫到宅醫療就是現在的重要議題。到宅醫療申請流程可向牙醫全聯會或各縣市牙醫師公會或有執行之院所提出申請，如何簡化申請流程，是我這次報告內容之一。牙醫到宅醫療面臨最大問題，是提供服務的牙醫師不多，其中三個關鍵問題，相關規範與文書作業複雜、需有具執照的醫護人員同行、隨行的醫療設備眾多繁重，因此如果有一個服務平台，讓有意願參與的牙醫師，有更簡便的資格申請、協助安排有執照的醫護人員、事前聯繫家屬、醫療設備準備和車輛安排等，或許是擴大牙醫師參與的方法。

Taiwan's population is rapidly aging, and the number of physically and mentally disabled people continues to rise. Although they are inconvenient to go to hospitals or dental clinics for dental treatments, they should still have the resources of universal health insurance to be cared. Therefore, it is an important issue for dentists to go to home for dental services. Since the application process of the home dental care service can be applied to the Taiwan Dental Association or various county and city dental associations or hospitals and dental clinics with implementation, how to simplify the application process is one of the contents of my report. The biggest problem facing home dental care is that there are not many dentists who provide services. Three of the key issues are the complex regulations and paperworks, the need for licensed medical staff attended and the accompanying medical and dental equipments are numerous and burdensome. Therefore, if there is a service platform that allows dentists who are willing to participate, to have easier qualification applications, assisting in arranging licensed medical staff, contacting family members in advance, preparing mobile medical and dental equipments and vehicle arrangements, etc., may be a way to expand the source of dentists.
