This case report is a 52 y/o male diagnosed with generalized stage III grade B periodontitis. Many sites were noted with gingival inflammation before treatment. The teeth were also with plaque and calculus deposition. Multiple teeth lost attachments and had bony defects. He received non-surgical treatment and also had periodontal surgeries and implant therapy. One year follow-up after all the treatments, the periodontal condition was stable. The plaque and bleeding index was individually 14% and 7%. The probing depth of all the sites were within 3mm, and 86% sites had attachment gain. Radiographic bone gains were noted at the surgical sites, and there was no bone loss around implant. The patient received regularly supportive periodontal treatment and the overall prognosis was good.
