腳底按摩消費者之消費行為探討

摘要


在臺灣,腳底按摩不僅深受國人喜愛,國外的人造訪台灣也都將之列為必遊目的之一,到底是甚麼樣的魅力,能夠與美食小吃同樣列為不可錯過的指標行程。腳底按摩這項民俗療法,已流行將近30年,街頭巷尾隨處可見腳底按摩店招牌,許多國外觀光客除了參觀古蹟外,也喜灣嘗試做腳底按摩,衍然已成為台灣重要的觀光資產之一。隨著腳底按摩消費盛行,消費者的權益與保障也愈顯日趨重要,但有關於腳底按摩消費者消費方式、權益保障與諮詢途徑,卻無相關管道可提供參考,故本研究以文獻回顧方式,收集相關消費者消費行為資料,並整理出研究腳底按摩消費者消費行為所需探討的內容與目的,期能做為未來腳底按摩業者參考外,也能提升腳底按摩消費者的服務品質,進而將腳底按摩廣為宣傳與推廣。

Reflexology not only be loved in Taiwan, but also be loved in other country. People who visit Taiwan will be listed as one of the must-purpose. What kind of this charm, gourmet delicious snacks can be the same as a trip not to be missed index. The Reflexology has been popular for nearly thirty years, everywhere can see the street signs for the Reflexology. In addition to the many foreign tourists to visit the monuments, but also trying to do the Reflexology, it has become one of the tourist assets in Taiwan. With the prevalence of the Reflexology consumption, consumer rights and protection also markedly increasingly important, But there are about reflexology consumer consumption patterns, rights protection and consulting approach, no associated piping can provide a reference. Therefore, this literature review study was to collect information related to consumer behavior, and sorting out the content and purpose for the reflexology consumer behavior research to discussed. In hope to the Reflexology can do for the future of the industry reference, but also can improve the quality of consumer service reflexology, and then publicity and promotion it.
