臺中市國小體育代表隊選手運動自我效能之研究

A Study on Sports Self-efficacy of Taichung Elementary School Sports Team Players

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解臺中市國民小學體育代表隊選手之運動自我效能的現況。以問卷調查法填寫問卷,調查對象係以臺中市內之國民小學五、六年級運動代表隊選手為母群體,有效樣本計97份。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0執行,採用描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定及單因子變異數分析。經分析討論或以下結論:運動自我效能各層面排序為休閒娛樂、身體健康、運動適能、人際關係、生活技能及情緒壓力;不同性別在運動自我效能各構面上均達顯著差異;不同年級及父母教育程度上均無顯著差異。本研究證實國小高年級體育代表隊選手僅性別在運動自我效能上存有顯著差異。建議日後有興趣此一領域者可運用質化分析與縱貫式研究,甚或加入其他可探討之變項來進一步檢驗本研究結果。

The main purpose of this study was to understand current situation of sports self-efficacy for Elementary Schools in Taichung City. The participants were 97 elementary school sports team students. Using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance to analyze the data, the results revealed that: Various levels of sports self-efficacy are ranked by entertainment, physical health, exercise fitness, relationship, life skills and emotional stress; There are significant differences in sports self-efficacy by different genders; There are not significant differences in sports self-efficacy by different grades and different levels of parental education. This study confirms that there are indeed significant differences in sports self-efficacy by different genders of elementary school sports team students. It was suggested that future studies applying diverse physical abilities tests.
