銀髮族功能性體適能檢測服務對醫院形象及服務滿意度之影響

摘要

本研究的研究目的為：1.發展適合銀髮族群的醫院形象及醫院服務滿意度量表；2.了解不同性別之銀髮族在醫院形象及服務滿意度上之差異情形；3.了解不同年齡層之銀髮族在醫院形象及服務滿意度上之差異情形。本研究於108年10月份三次於某醫院院內廣場設置銀髮族功能性體適能檢測站，在檢測後提供相關檢測之諮詢，有效樣本為253人（男性98人；女性155人），平均年齡為71.93+8.09歲；資料回收後以SPSS19.0套裝統計軟體進行分析，以項目分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異量數進行分析。研究結果為：1.醫院形象量表經因素分析、項目分析後，兩分量表之Cronbach's α為0.78及0.77，總解釋變異量為58.44%；2.醫院服務滿意度量表經因素分析、項目分析後，其量表之Cronbach's α為0.92，解釋變異量為80.94%；3.不同性別之銀髮族在醫院服務滿意度得分上差異達顯著水準。

The purposes of this study were: 1. to develop a reliable and valid inventory for image and service satisfaction of hospital by elderly; 2. to compare the different of gender on image and service satisfaction of hospital by elderly; 3. to compare the different of degree of age on image and service satisfaction of hospital by elderly. This study was establishing the station of function fitness test in some one hospital. Subjects were 253 (male 98; female 155; 71.93+8.09yr) elderly. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, item analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1. image of hospital Inventory had the coefficients of Cronbach's α in two sub-scale were 0.78 and 0.77, and the total variance was 58.44%; 2. service satisfaction of hospital Inventory had the coefficients of Cronbach's α in one sub-scale was 0.92, and the total variance was 80.94%; 3. there were significant differences between male and female on service satisfaction of hospital.
