研究目的在探討1.不同性別與年級的基本身體條件差異,2.不同性別與年級的三項體測表現差異,3.基本身體條件與三項體測表現之間的相關性。方法:以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關進行分析。以空官1至3年級男、女生為研究對象,利用學期中身高、體重、BMI等身體條件及三項體測表現(2分鐘仰臥起坐、2分鐘俯地挺身、3000公尺徒手跑步),以及年級別與性別等資料。結果:1.男生組一年級體重與BMI均比二、三年級輕,2.各年級女生身高、體重及BMI均低於相對應年級男生,3.男、女生組的三項體測表現均是一年級比二、三年級好。4.男生組的三項體測原始測驗成績均比女生組優。5.男生組三項身體條件與俯撐次數均具顯著負相關;體重、BMI則與3000公尺跑秒數具顯著正相關。結論:1.男生組身高、體重皆不利於俯撐與跑步表現,但女生組則無此現象。2.不論性別,整體體測表現皆為一年級優於二、三年級。
Purposes: To explore 1. The differences between genders and grades in fundamental physical conditions, 2. The differences between genders and grades in the performance of the three physical fitness tests, and 3. The correlation between fundamental physical conditions and the performance of the three physical tests. Subjects: grades 1^(st), 2^(nd) ,3^(rd) of CAFA cadets. Variables: height, weight, BMI, gender, grade, and the performance of three physical tests (2-minute sit-ups, 2-minute push-ups, and 3,000-meter run). Methods: Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the above issues. Results: 1. In the male group, the value of weight and BMI of the 1^(st) grade were lower than those of the second and third grades. 2. In the female group, height, weight and BMI in each grade were lower than the male in the corresponding grades. 3. Either male or female group, the three physical tests were all better in the first grade than second or third grades. 4. Despite the original test scores, male performance in all three physical tests were higher than that of the female group, but the female groups' three physical performance percentile scores were all higher than those of the male group. 5. In the male group, height, weight and BMI were significantly negatively correlated with the number of push-ups. Weight and BMI existed significantly positively correlated with 3000-meter run score. Conclusion: 1.The height and weight of the male group were not conducive to push-up and 3000-meter run performance, not same as in the female group. 2. The 1^(st) grade, regardless of male and female, the overall physical test performance was better than the 2^(nd) and 3^(rd) grade.
