羽球運動專項體能訓練之初探

A Preliminary Study on Specific Fitness Training Programs of the Badminton Players

摘要


羽球運動以主動出擊、以快取勝、技術全面的方向發展,選手必須不斷追求更快、更強,以超越自我極限的能力。而體能更是技術發展的基礎,不論單打或雙打羽球選手皆須具備優異的專項體能,才能在競賽中獲得佳績。依據相關研究指出,羽球選手專項體能訓練必須針對速度、力量和敏捷性進行發展,而文中也提出羽球選手發展速度、力量和敏捷性的訓練方式,以期能提供給選手、教練做為日後訓練計畫擬定之參考。

Proactivity, speed, versatility are reinforced in modern badminton. Consequently, players have to keep pursuing higher speed and stronger strength to go beyond self-limit. Especially, enhancing physical stamina is the foundation for skills development; either singles players or doubles players are required to be equipped with outstanding sport-specific strength in order to excel in contests. The relevant researches indicate that the training programs focusing on speed, strength, and agility are a must to develop competitive badminton players. This study proposes the training methods in developing badminton players in terms of speed, strength, and agility as a referral of future training plans to both athletes and coaches.
