運動志工團隊運作之初探

A Study on the Operational Mode of Sports Volunteer Team

摘要

志願服務是本著濟世胸懷，自願奉獻個人自由時間，不計回饋也不求報酬的參與各種公益事業，並提供服務。運動志工團隊如何招募、如何培訓、如何維持團隊運作及推動服務工作，使志願服務建立團隊價值及發揮服務效益，是當前運動志工團隊所需探討的課題。因此，本研究依據各學者所提出之運作模式內涵，歸納出核心價值、策略領導、關鍵流程及關鍵活動作為理論架構，目的為探討運動志工團隊內部之運作。透過質性研究之深度訪談法，針對運動志工團隊內部執行人員共五人進行訪談。研究結果發現，運動志工團隊具有無私奉獻的服務熱忱；團隊領導者運用其具備之能力，使團隊朝目標方向運作；透過教育訓練，將所學習得到的知識與經驗，運用到服務上；表揚服務優良之志工，以維持服務之熱忱。研究建議：運動志工團隊可在招募或訓練前，宣傳志願服務理念與價值；培育多位領導者，讓團隊實力更為堅強；彙整志工之專長，快速提供服務人力；分享服務經驗，交流服務成果。

Volunteer service is to participate in various public welfare undertakings and provide services voluntarily dedicating personal free time, without giving back or asking for remuneration. How to recruit, train, maintain the operation of the team and promote the service work of the sports volunteer team, so that the volunteer service builds the value of the team and exerts the service benefits are the topics that the current sports volunteer team needs to discuss. Therefore, based on the connotation of the operation model put forward by various scholars, this research summarizes core values, strategic leadership, key processes and key activities as the theoretical framework, and aims to discuss the operation of the sports volunteer team. Through the in-depth interview method of qualitative research, a total of five internal executives of the sports volunteer team were interviewed. The result is as below: The sports volunteer team has a selfless dedication to service, The team leader uses his capabilities to make the team work towards the goal, Through education and training, apply the knowledge and experience learned to the service, Recognize good service volunteers to maintain service enthusiasm. Research recommendations: Sports volunteer team can promote the concept and value of volunteer service before recruitment or training, Cultivate multiple leaders to make the team stronger, Integrate the expertise of volunteers, quickly provide service manpower, Share service experience and exchange service results.
