幼兒多元文化教育實踐之初探

A Study of Multicultural Education Practice on Early Childhood

摘要


本研究目的在於透過訪談台北縣市6位幼托機構園所長,進行幼托機構多元文化教育實施概況的探究,研究結果發現,幼托機構推動的多元文化教育採取貢獻模式、附加模式、非正式課程,及社區文化資源整合作爲課程設計的策略,建構出幼兒多元文化教育的理念必須掌握任何進行多元文化教育的可能時機,以關懷爲核心價值,結合生活經驗,以及社區文化資源整合的概念,唯師資多元文化教育素養不足、評量不易和親師溝通困難是實施幼兒多元文化教育的困境。

The purpose of this study was to explore the practice of children multicultural education, through by interview 6 kindergartens in Taipei. According to the results, early childhood adopts the contributions approach, the additive approach, the informal curriculum and community resources to implement multicultural curriculum. The ideas of multicultural education for early childhood take points, to base on caring value, to connect with life experiences and integrate the cultural resources of the community. But the difficult position is the teachers lack of multicultural education brief, hard to assess and communicate with teachers and parents.
