摘要

本研究旨在探討新手媽媽的配偶支持、親職效能與親職壓力之相關情形，採問卷調查法，以健寶園台北縣市與新竹地區五家教育中心之家有二歲半以下幼兒之新手媽媽爲研究對象，得有效問卷466份。主要發現如下：一、新手媽媽知覺到的整體配偶支持、自我親職效能與親職壓力均屬於中等偏高程度。二、配偶支持各向度與新手媽媽之生活調適壓力以及人際互動壓力均有顯著的負相關；配偶工具性支持則與新手媽媽親子互動壓力有顯著的負相關。三、新手媽媽之教養信心與親職壓力各向度均有顯著負相關；教養能力與親子互動、生活調適以及人際互動有顯著的負相關；母職的整體評價與幼兒發展、親子互動、生活調適以及人際互動有顯著的負相關。四、配偶支持與親職效能可顯著預測新手媽媽親職壓力的感受。五、新手媽媽的「教養信心」對「親職壓力」之各向度均具有顯著預測力。六、新手媽媽所獲得的配偶「工具性支持」對「親子互動」壓力具有顯著預測力，配偶「情感性支持」對「人際互動」壓力具有顯著預測力。本研究最後依研究的結果，提出具體建議。

The purpose of this study was to comprehend the relationship among the new mother's spousal support, parenting efficacy and parenting stress. Assessments and questionnaires were used with new mothers who have a child ＜2.5 years old. in the north of Taipei area. There were 466 valid assessments and questionnaires collected. The main results were as follows: 1. The new mother's perception in spousal support, parental efficacy and parental stress shows an above average level. 2. The new mother's spousal support is significantly and negatively related to life adjustment and interpersonal interaction, while there are negative correlations between instrumental support and parent-child interaction. 3. The different dimensions in parenting stress are negatively related to the new mother's nurturing confidence, while the nurturing ability is negatively correlated to parent-child interaction, life adjustment and interpersonal interaction. In addition, the maternal self appraisal is also markedly and negatively related to the children development, parent-child interaction, life adjustment and interpersonal interaction. 4. Spousal support, parental efficacy can significantly predict the new mothers' parental stress. The predictive ability was greatest when using the nurturing confidence variation. 5. The new mother's ”nurturing confidence” has significant predictive ability for all dimensions in ”parental stress”, where ”maternal self appraisal” has great predictive ability for the stress in ”children development” and ”life adjustment”. 6. The new mother's ”instrumental support” has significant predictive ability for stress in ”parent-child interaction”, and the ”emotional support” also has significant predictive ability for stress in ”interpersonal interaction”. According to the findings, suggestions were proposed for parents, practitioners and further study.
