幼兒行為調節、社會技巧與攻擊行為之相關研究

The Relations among Young Children's Behavioral Regulation, Social Skills, and Aggression

本研究主要目的在瞭解幼兒行爲調節、社會技巧與攻擊行爲之相關情形,以11所台北縣市幼稚園與托兒所,4-6歲幼兒爲研究對象,採用由資料蒐集員與幼兒一對一評量的「行爲調節測驗」以及教師評量的「社會技巧」、「外顯、與關係攻擊」行爲量表,有效資料371份。主要發現如下:幼兒能「自我修正」與「反應正確」的表現行爲調節能力。也能大部分符應自我控制、交友與自我表現的三大社會技巧。外顯攻擊行爲與關係攻擊皆很少出現。但知男生的外顯攻擊表現高於女生,中班的外顯攻擊表現高於大班。行爲調節、社會技巧與「外顯攻擊」呈現顯著的負相關;自我控制技巧與「關係攻擊」呈現顯著的負相關。行爲調節、自我控制技巧、性別對「外顯攻擊」具有顯著預測力,有50%的解釋力;自我控制技巧對「關係攻擊」具有顯著負向預測力,可解釋12%的變異量。

The purpose of this study was to understand the relations among children's behavioral regulation, social skills, and aggression. Questionnaires were used with 4-6 year-old children studying in public and private preschools in Taipei County and City. The tools included the Head-Toes-Knees-Shoulders Task which was assessed one-on-one; the Children's Social Skills Scale, and the Children's Overt and Relational Aggression Scale which were assessed by teachers. There were 371 valid questionnaires collected. The main results were as followed: The average of behavioral regulation was between ”self-correct” and ”correct”. Children's social skills included three dimensions: self-control skills, friendship-making skills, and assertion skills. The average of social skills were between ”often” and ”always”. Children's aggression included two dimensions: overt and relational aggression. Children showed little aggression. The overt aggression of the boys was higher than that of the girls. The 4-5 year olds' overt aggression was higher than the 5-6 year olds' overt aggression. Children's behavioral regulation, social skills were significantly negatively related to children's overt aggression. Moreover self-control skills were significantly negatively related to children's relational aggression. Children's behavioral regulation, self-control skills, and gender showed significant associations with children's overt aggression. The total variables accounted for 50% variance of overt aggression. Besides, children's self-control skills showed significant associations with children's relational aggression. It accounted for 12% variance of relational aggression.
