跨文化背景家長對幼兒學習經驗的衝擊與反思

The Impact and Reflection of the Cross-Cultural Background Parents about Early Childhood Learning Experiences

摘要


不同的社會環境存在不同的文化價值觀,不同的社會文化教育環境對兒童的學習成長到底有何影響?同文同種的家長移居不同的教育文化環境中的衝擊與學習是甚麼?兒童在不同的社會文化環境中的學習經驗又是甚麼?本研究由兩位研究者(臺灣資深幼教專業人員)深度訪談四位長期旅居維也納的臺灣家長,透過這四位家長的眼光,觀察在不同教育文化環境下家長與幼兒的衝擊與學習經驗,反思臺灣幼兒教育的發展。本研究統整訪談資料,對照相關文獻及研究者省思,歸納以下重點。1.旅居維也納的臺灣幼兒家長對兩地社會文化價值觀的觀察。2.臺灣家長移居維也納在幼兒教育文化環境中的衝擊與改變。3.家長眼中不同文化環境下幼兒學習經驗的反思。4.不同文化環境中的兒童共同的學習需求。5.兩地最有利兒童學習成長的要素與條件的反思。

Different social environment has different cultural values. What is the influence for the growth of young children to learn in different social cultural and educational environment? What kind impact of the same language and race of parents and children migrate to different educational and cultural environment? What is the learning of young children in different socio-cultural educational environment? This study participants included four parents who long-term living in Vienna from Taiwan. In order to collect and analyze data for evidence, this study used those methods: depth interviews, reflective thinking and document analysis. In the interview process, all of persons transformed the conception of ”fusion of horizons” to construct the picture of two places early childhood development philosophy and appearance. At last, reflected to think on the most favorable elements and conditions for the growth of children to learn. In this study, summed up the following points: 1. Compare with the social and cultural educational values between two areas from the Taiwan's parents moved to Vienna. 2. The impact and change of Taiwan's parents moved to Vienna in early childhood education and cultural environment. 3. The early childhood learning experiences reflection from parents view in different cultural environment. 4. The common learning needs of young children in different cultural environment. 5. The most beneficial elements and conditions for children to learn in the two areas from the point of reflection view.
