摘要

在當今，隨著資本市場全球化的加深，加上各國金融市場之間界線消除以及世界金融市場的聯繫日益緊密，金融系統出現問題，會迅速使國家經濟發展遭受損失和停滯不前，而個人財富也蒙受損失。金融危機有可能引發成市場危機。「股市是經濟的櫥窗」，股市波動是金融變動的風向球，而金融變動則是一國經濟活動的重要指標。我們的高風險新金融市場，進而影響經濟發展及國家政局穩定並造成國內證券市場的異常波動。寫本文的目的，就是要對金融全球化現象和金融危機做出多方面思考：金融全球化源；特殊的金融機構，尤其是非銀行機構的作用；在金融全球化新形勢下，支配貨幣特性本身發展的機制。最後，敘述金融全球化對世界經濟運動產生的重要影響。

The financial crisis has the possibility to initiate the market crisis.Writes this article the goal, is must makes the various ponder to the financial globalization phenomenon and the financial crisis：Financial globalization origin; Special financial organ, especially right and wrong bank organization function; Under the financial globalization new situation, the mechanism which control currency characteristic itself develops. Finally, the narration finance globalization the important influence which produces to the world economics movement.
