The government promotes the tribal cultural health stations to serve the elders, but most of studies have not analyzed from the aspect of well-being of the recipients. This research uses the in-depth interview method of qualitative research to interview three tribal elders to explore their motivation, emotional expression, life satisfaction and well-being of tribal elders participating in the tribal cultural health station. The research results show that: (1) The main motivation of tribal elders participating in the tribal cultural health station is social interaction; (2) Emotional expression shows that tribal elders participating in the tribal cultural health station have more positive emotions than negative emotions; (3) The overall life satisfaction of tribal elders brought by participating in the cultural health station is good.
