An Introduction to Plastic Micro-Optics Elements and their Applications

Micro Total Analysis Systems (μTAS) are widely applied in Bio-Chips、Lab-on-Chip、or Micro-Fluidic Analyzers and become blooming products in Bio-Medical Industry. In this paper, some developments in micro-optics design were first presented, followed by a methodology to manufacture the low cost、transparent、disposable and high temperature resistant plastic based micro-optics elements.
