表面電漿共振在金奈米粒子溶液特性之研究

The Study of the Characteristic of Au Nanoparticles in Aqueous Solution on Surface Plasmon Resonance

摘要


本文係利用Kretschmann 組態的表面電漿共振感測器(SPRS)來研究金奈米粒子溶液的濃度特性,藉由量測溶液的SPRS及利用電子顯微鏡(TEM)和紫外光光譜儀(UVS)的量測可進一步暸解奈米粒子溶液的特性。在本文中首先利用l064nm 的Nd: YAG雷射削熔浸在界面活性劑(Sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS)溶液中的金片,所產生的金奈米粒子溶液首先藉由穿透式電子顯微鏡來檢測其粒徑,所得平均粒徑約為6nm。最後藉由表面電漿共振感測器來量測不同相對濃度金奈米粒子溶液之表面電漿共振特性,由於在表面電漿共振感測器的金屬膜與金奈米粒子溶液界面間所激發的表面電漿共振的共振角會因溶液介電常數些微的變化而改變,因此可用以量測金奈米粒子溶液的濃度。

In this paper we use the Kretschmann configuration surface plasmon resonance sensor (SPRS) to study the characteristics of Au nanoparticles in aqueous solution. The characteristics of nanoparticles in aqueous solution can be understood by using the SPRS, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and ultraviolet-visible spectrometer (UVS). The nanoparticles are produced by the laser ablation method. The arerage particle diameter is characterized by TEM and is found to be about 6nm. Finally, we measure the relative concentration of Au nanoparticles in aqueous solution by using SPRS. Because the SPR excited on the interfaces of the SPRS film and Au nanopartic1es in aqueous solution is sensitive to the change of the dielectric constant, it can be used to measure the concentration of Au nanoartic1es in aqueous solution.
