摘要


使用光子晶體結構於光電元件當中是近年來所熱門的研究方向,其中包括:取光效率的提升、極化效應的產生以及缺陷模態的應用等。本文將概要地介紹光子晶體材料的特性,並分別介紹光子晶體應用上的實例。
