光聲影像與金奈米粒子的應用

Photoacoustic Imaging and Its Applications with Gold Nanoparticles

摘要


光聲效應結合了光能量的激發與聲學偵測的物理特性,具有觀測生物體內組織的光吸收能力。相較於傳統光學系統,光聲系統有較大的偵測深度。本論文將簡介光聲效應的原理以及成像的方式與金奈米粒子結合的應用性。

Photoacoustic combines both laser irradiation and ultrasound detection. It provides the ability of detecting optical absorption distribution in biological tissue with a large penetration depth than conventional optical systems. In this article, we introduce the photoacoustic principles and its imaging algorithms. An application of photoacoustic imaging to perfusion measurement and tumor detection by using gold nanorods is also presented.
