本文著重以III-V族化合物為材料探討高效率多接面太陽電池之製作技術。文章將剖析超高效率之結構設計及關鍵技術,並觸及聚光型太陽電池技術,其中列舉了發展聚光系統所需克服的諸項技術。本文最後針對未來多接面的發展趨勢及可能遇到的技術瓶頸作一探討。

Techniques of high efficiency Ⅲ-V multijunction (MJ) solar cells are reviewed in this article. In addition to structural design and key issues for realizing super high efficiency MJ solar cells, the authors also give a brief discuss on concentrated solar cell techniques and list some important issues for the concentrator systems. Finally, future development and obstacles of MJ cells are presented.
