摘要

氮化鎵系列之發光二極體與面射型雷射為近年來各界之發展重點，其相關之產品與應用早已廣泛被使用於各個領域之中。本文即針對近年來光子晶體結構在發光二極體以及能帶邊緣型雷射上的製作以及特性作一個簡單扼要的敘述。
