Precise Optical Modeling for Silicate Phosphor

摘要


在本論文中,我們運用米氏散射原理來分析光於螢光粉膠體中傳遞時所造成的體散射效應,並利用蒙地卡羅光追跡法來模擬矽酸鹽螢光粉鈴白光LED封裝之光學特性並建立凖確的光學模型。由實驗與模擬之驗證與分析,我們成功地建立了精確的矽酸鹽螢光粉之光學模型,根據此模型我們精確的掌握螢光粉的粒徑大小、濃度、塗佈方式等參數對白光LED封裝機構之影響。此外,進而設計具有高出光效率與極小空閒色溫偏差的白光LED封裝技術。

In this paper, we simulate and analyze the scattering effect in phosphor based on Mie scattering theory. And then we build a precise optical model in silicon phosphor by using Monte Carlo ray tracing. The optical properties of simulation of our phosphor model have been verified successfully in the rigorous process of experiment. According to this model, we can simulate precisely the optical properties corresponding to the various combinations of parameters like diameter size of phosphor particle, concentration of phosphor, and package structure. Additionally, we design a special package type with high efficiency and little deviation of space color temperature for the white light LED.
