光學掃瞄全像術相較於傳統數位全像技術具有十分獨特的性質，因此本文將針對光學掃瞄全像術的原理以及應用作一簡單的介紹。首先我們將先介紹光學掃瞄全像的系統架構，並說明其特殊的性質，包括能操作在同調模式或是非同調模式；能夠以光瞳改變全像的形式等。我們也將介紹光學掃瞄全像中兩個特別的應用主題，即非同調全像與螢光全像的拍攝，以及全像濾波與編碼的應用。

Optical scanning holography (OSH) is a digital holographic technique with many unique properties. In the article we will introduce the principle and the applications of the OSH. First we will introduce the setup of OSH. We will show that the OSH can be operated in the coherent mode and the incoherent mode. Besides, the scanning hologram can be modulated by the system pupil. Finally, we will particularly introduce two application topics of the OSH. The one is the acquisition of an incoherent hologram and a fluorescent hologram. The other one is the acquisition of a filtered hologram and a coded hologram.
