Holographic tweezers - an introduction and applications

摘要


光鉗利用高度聚焦高斯光束鉗住操控微米及次微米的生物或膠體微粒,可在不傷害樣品的狀況下進行研究。全像光鉗則結合了電腦全像術,可以依設計任意產生光波波前,動態且三維的進行光操控。本文中簡介全像光鉗的基本原理及架構,並介紹其應用。

Optical tweezers utilize the strongly focused Gaussian beam to trap and manipulate the micro-, submicro-, biology or colloidal particles without damage. Holographic tweezers use computer-generated hologram to create the optical wavefront as designed, which is a dynamic and three-dimensional optical manipulation technique. In this review article, the principle and structure of holographic tweezers were discussed, followed by the introduction of the applications.
