摘要

本文介紹色彩管理系統與一個新的視訊色彩管理方案。此方案包括由攝影機到顯示器的色彩管理流程。方案的實現需要攝影機與顯示器製造商能達成共識，包括產品的色彩模型，以及內建基於提案中的色彩管理模組所開發的影像處理單元。預期未來視訊在各種符合此提案的顯示器上之色彩表現能滿足使用者的需求，例如重現拍攝場景色彩，實現「所見即所得」的目標，或是特定的喜好色。一般如膚色之類的喜好色是由廠商調校其顯示器色彩表現所實現，而所提議的視訊色彩管理技術也有助於廠商調校其顯示器與確保顯示效果的一致性。

The color management and a new video color management proposal are introduced. The proposal includes the color management work flow from a camera to a display. The realization of this proposal requires the agreement between camera manufacturers and display manufacturers, including color device models and the image processing unit based on the proposed color management module. It is expected that users' preference can be satisfied by the color appearances of a variety of displays following the proposal, e.g., the color reproduce of captured scene, the realization of "what you see is what you get", or a specific preferred color appearance. The preferred color such as skin color is realized with tuning display color appearance by the display manufacturer. The proposed video color management technique is also helpful for a manufacturer to tune displays and guarantee the same color appearance.
