LED照明應用之自由曲面透鏡設計

Freeform lens design for LED lighting applications

摘要


本文提出一個實用的自由曲面設計與建構方法,此方法具有簡易的幾何推導與建構流程,可應用於非成像之LED照明光學設計,以獲得緊密而高效率的燈具。除了詳細之自由曲面設計與建構方法之介紹外,本文另分別舉出兩個設計實例,一為全反射式LED準直光透鏡,另一為LED均光照明透鏡。由實際光學模擬之結果顯示,應用所提出之幾何光學演算法以及自由曲面建構方法,確實可設計與建構出滿足照明需求之LED自由曲面透鏡。

This paper presents a practical freeform-surface design and construction method, and this method has a simple geometric derivative and construction process that it can be used for non-imaging optical design for LED lighting to achieve a compact and efficient luminaire. In addition to the detailed introduction of the freeform-surface design and construction method, this article also cited two design examples, one for a TIR (total-internal-reflection) LED collimating lens, and the other for LED uniform-illumination lens. The actual optical simulation results show that the presented geometrical optics algorithm and the freeform-surface construction method can really be applied to design and construct LED freeform-surface lenses to meet the lighting requirements.
