竈神信仰的衛生教育意涵

摘要

竈神信仰的神道設教思想，是民間善書的重要內涵之一。筆者收存竈神信仰善書三種：《司命竈君寶卷》、《司命寶訓》、《東廚司命真經》，均為篇幅極薄的小冊子，其著造年代均為民國之前。本文簡析竈神信仰所衍生的廚房禁忌，認為這些禁忌可視為昔時之廚房衛生公約，具有衛生教育意涵。

The teaching of Chinese Kitchen God faith is one of the connotations of shan-shu (folk ”urge-to-do-good” books). The author collects 3 booklets about Chinese Kitchen God faith, all written before 1912. In this paper, we try to analyze the kitchen taboos of Chinese Kitchen God faith according to those 3 booklets. We find out that having profound health education significance, these taboos can be seen as the kitchen hygienic rules.
