台美資訊科技職能標準之比較

A Comparison of Information Technology Competency Standards between Taiwan and the U.S.

摘要

職能標準的應用層面廣泛，例如課程科目規劃、教材內容發展、教育訓練指引、國家考試依據、與產業僱用基準等。本文選擇我國資訊軟體人才能力架構，也就是我國資訊科技的職能標準，與美國資訊科技技能標準兩者，進行職能標準格式、職能標準分類、職能標準內涵、職能標準敘述的比較。兩者除了格式一致但名稱不同外，在分類、內涵、與敘述面向均有所差異。

The applications of competency standards are very broad, for example, the curriculum planning, the teaching material development, the education and training guide, the national test standards, and the industry recruitment criteria. This paper compares the information technology competency standards between Taiwan and the U.S. Both have the same format but in different names. The classifications, inclusions, and descriptions between them are diverse.
