流體液滴特性分析

摘要


本實驗主要係以水添加親水性界面活性劑作為連續相,大豆油做為分散相,以流體聚集流道的方式由切線剪力之半圓弧型流道的剪切力之設計,製作流體液滴。使用雷射雕刻機切割壓克力材料來製作流體液滴晶片,透過注射幫浦調整連續相與分散相的流量,即可製作不同大小的液滴。當在保護液連續相加入壓電片的脈動,則可增加液滴的穩定性與產出量,通常一般微機電製程製作之晶片是屬於封裝製程,因此晶片有一定的使用次數,本文以機械螺絲方式來固定晶片,使晶片拆卸更換更加簡易,利用上述方式可簡單的製作液滴,並大幅度的降低製作成本。

This research mainly generates fluidic droplets when set continuous phase (water+tween20) and disperse phase (oil) in the fluidic channel by the T-type flow channel's shearing force. To adjust the injects pump's flow rate, to obtain the different size of the droplets, again auxiliary by piezoelectricity piece pulsation output, may increase the stable of droplets with to deliver the quantity, usually chip of the general micro mechanical and electrical system regulation manufacture belongs to the seal system regulation, therefore the chip has certain use number of times, this article uses the mechanical screw way to fix the chip, causes the chip to disassemble the replacement simpler, uses the above way to be possible the simple manufacture droplet, and large scale reduces the manufacture cost.
