摘要


本研究針對旋轉風扇應用於電子產品散熱相關研究之設計與測試。藉由改變結合於散熱鰭片上之旋轉風扇的風扇高度,對其散熱的影響做一研究與分析。使用CFDesign軟體模擬旋轉風扇位置的變化,對加熱端溫度分布的影響,再與實際量測的結果做驗證,藉由實際量測來驗證是否與模擬結果相符,以維持電子產品效能及使用壽命能有效提升。本研究旋轉風扇與散熱鰭片間距設定在0-8 mm,加熱功率固定為50W以進行比較,並從數據中分析一個不但能增加熱傳速率,又不占空間的最佳化參數。

This study is to design and test vortex fan. The vortex fans usually apply to electronics cooling and heat dissipation. In this research, the effect analyzed with changing space of vortex fan and fin. Furthermore, to simulate temperature distribution of the vortex fan and fin, is analyzed by CFDeisgn software. By comparing the results of simulation and experiment can prove that the performance and lifetime of the vortex fan are highly improved.In the experimentation, the distance between vortex fan and fin is set by 0-8mm, and the heating power is fixed to 50W. The fan of optimal design and analysis are to investigate the thermal conductivity from experiments and simulations data.
